Donna Mayes, CMC

Donna Mayes has served as City Clerk for the City of Hawthorne since 2003 and has been employed by the City of Hawthorne since 1993, serving two years as Interim City Manager. She was born and raised in Jellico, Tennessee and has lived in Hawthorne since 1983. In 2004, Donna earned the certification of Certified Municipal Clerk from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks and is working towards her Master Municipal Clerk certification.
